As the Owner of Fahl Safety Consulting and Training, my commitment to protecting others has been a driving force throughout my life. From my early years and competitive career as a two-sport collegiate athlete to my service as a full-time EMT and Firefighter, I have always been dedicated to helping people and performing in high-pressure environments.
For more than 20 years, I have built a career in occupational safety, working extensively in the construction and oil and gas industries. At Fahl Safety Consulting and Training, our team combines real-world emergency response experience with hands-on field expertise to deliver practical, effective safety solutions. We are committed to developing strong safety cultures through quality training, leadership, and a relentless focus on protecting people and ensuring compliance in every environment we serve.

At Fahl Safety Consulting and Training, our advisors and trainers bring real-world experience from the industries they serve. We understand the challenges workers and supervisors face because we've been there ourselves.
We take pride in being more than just another safety company delivering generic training. Our team combines hands-on industry knowledge with proven safety practices to provide practical consulting and engaging training that workers can relate to and apply immediately. By speaking the language of the field, we help organizations build a safety culture where safety is not just a requirement, it's a core value that drives success.

The Fahl Protection Class is a general safety awareness course designed to help workers recognize jobsite hazards before setting foot on site. Built around OSHA’s “Fatal Four” hazards, this course provides students with foundational safety knowledge, including mandatory PPE, hazard communication, SDS awareness, and other essential industry-related safety topics.
While no training can eliminate every risk, preparing workers before they begin the job helps reduce incidents, strengthen safety awareness, and support a safer jobsite culture. Industry numbers show dedicated safety onboarding can reduce workplace claims by 66%.
