In addition, we can manage your safety-related insurance requirements and documentation, helping reduce administrative burdens and keep your company organized 

 This program includes our signature 4-Hour F.A.H.L. Protection classes for new hires or managers, designed to give employees essential safety knowledge — including OSHA's Fatal Four hazards — before they set foot on the jobsite, and managers the tools to run a more compliant and productive site. By building a strong safety foundation from day one, new team members are better equipped to spot hazards, meet company standards, and help create a safer workplace. 

 For companies that need professional safety support without the level of service required in a full-time program, our Part-Time (Compliance Partner) Safety Manager package provides access to a dedicated, OSHA-aligned safety professional, along with less frequent inspections, training, and consulting services tailored to your company's needs. 

Inspections, toolbox talks, email & phone support, and training services are provided on an as-needed basis based on your company's goals, schedule, and safety needs. These services are billed individually, giving you the flexibility to choose the support and frequency that best fits your operation.

 Our signature F.A.H.L. Protection classes — offered in both New Hire and Manager versions — are available at $80/student with this package (normally $100/student), so you can build training into your program at whatever frequency fits your operation.
